Introducing Nurse Practitioner Integrative Health
Primary Care & Root-Cause Medicine Under One Roof
Serving Spokane & Liberty Lake
Our approach
At Nurse Practitioner Integrative Health (NPIH), we believe healthcare should be personal, thoughtful, and grounded in both evidence-based medicine and whole-person care. Our approach combines high-quality primary care with integrative and functional medicine services to support long-term health, not just symptom management.
We focus on building strong patient-provider relationships, taking the time to listen, and addressing the root causes of health concerns whenever possible. Our practice offers guideline-driven primary care services that are billable to insurance when eligible, alongside wellness & functional medicine services through a transparent cash-pay model.
By blending conventional medical care with integrative strategies, we empower patients to take an active role in their health through education, prevention, and personalized treatment plans—always with clarity around care options, billing, and expectations.

Why Choose Nurse Practitioner Integrative Health?
-
At NPIH, we don’t just treat symptoms—we look deeper to understand why you’re experiencing them. Whole-person, root-cause care means examining your hormones, lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, and medical history to identify the underlying imbalances affecting your health.
We take time to listen, connect, and build personalized, evidence-based plans that support long-term healing, not quick fixes. By blending primary care with functional medicine, we help you gain clarity, feel better, and stay well with an approach that treats the whole person—not just the diagnosis.
-
Choosing a nurse practitioner–led clinic means choosing healthcare that is patient-centered, relationship-focused, and deeply attentive to your whole well-being. Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are advanced practice providers trained to diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage chronic conditions, and deliver high-quality primary care—but what truly sets NP-led care apart is the approach.
More Time. More Listening. More Connection.
-
At NPIH, we believe patients deserve options. That’s why we offer a hybrid care model that blends the best of traditional primary care with the added depth and personalization of concierge-style functional medicine.
Primary Care (Insurance-Based)
For everyday health needs, we provide conventional primary care during designated clinic hours. This includes hormone replacement therapy, thyroid support chronic disease management, preventive screenings, acute visits, DOT physicals, MAT treatment, ADHD evaluations, veterans’ nexus letters, migraine care (including Botox), and long-term health monitoring. Patients can use their health insurance for these services.
Concierge Functional Medicine Memberships
For patients wanting a deeper, more personalized approach, we offer membership programs focused on peptide therapy, metabolic health, and wellness planning. Membership gives access to extended visits, direct messaging, individualized treatment plans, discounted supplement costs, and a proactive, root-cause approach that goes far beyond standard care.
Why Both?: Because no two patients are the same. Our hybrid model allows us to deliver high-quality medical care while also offering the time, attention, and advanced support needed for functional and integrative health.

At NPIH, we offer advanced, evidence-informed therapies designed to optimize hormones, metabolism, cellular health, and overall wellness. These treatments go beyond traditional care and are personalized to support your unique physiology and goals.
Hormone Replacement & Optimization: We specialize in restoring hormonal balance for men and women experiencing fatigue, weight changes, mood concerns, low libido, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, and more. Using targeted testing and individualized dosing, our goal is to help you feel energized, stable, and truly well again.
Peptide Therapy: Peptides support cellular repair, metabolism, inflammation reduction, immune strength, and performance. We use clinically supported peptides to help with weight management, injury recovery, sleep, stress, muscle development, cognitive support, and healthy aging.
Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Support: We combine functional testing, evidence-based medication options, nutrition strategies, peptide support, and personalized coaching to help patients achieve sustainable, long-term weight improvements. Our approach focuses on metabolism, blood sugar, hormones, and inflammation.
Thyroid Optimization: We offer comprehensive thyroid evaluation—not just TSH. Using full thyroid panels and symptom-based care, we support patients with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, subclinical thyroid issues, and persistent symptoms despite “normal labs.”
IV Nutrient Therapy: IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and hydration directly into the bloodstream for immediate absorption. Our IV menu supports energy, immune function, recovery, hydration, inflammation, detoxification, and overall wellness.
Migraine Therapy (Including Botox): Botox for chronic migraines provides clinically proven, long-term relief. We evaluate triggers, hormone influences, metabolic patterns, and nerve-related causes to help reduce migraine frequency and severity.

Nurse Practitioner Integrative Health (NPIH) is proud to be a veteran-owned and veteran-supported clinic. Corinne Austin, served as an Active Duty U.S. Army soldier from 2011–2017 and continued her service in the Army National Guard from 2017–2020, and Samantha McFarland's husband is a U.S. Army Army Veteran. This background shapes our clinic’s values—discipline, integrity, compassion, and service to others.
We understand the unique medical, emotional, and systemic challenges veterans face because we’ve lived them. At NPIH, veterans receive care from providers who genuinely understand military culture, deployment stress, chronic wear-and-tear injuries, and the complexities of navigating VA healthcare.
