If your insurance is not listed, we are still able to provide care on a self-pay basis or membership options. Please note that the cost of each visit may vary due to complexity.

Root Cause Membership, a comprehensive 6-month functional medicine program designed to identify and address the root causes of chronic symptoms through advanced diagnostics, personalized care plans, and ongoing provider support — plus exclusive member savings on supplements, peptides, and IV therapy.
Please note that all NPIH memberships require a monthly membership fee and a minimum three-month commitment. Membership fees are billed monthly, and additional services, medications, laboratory testing, and supplements may incur separate charges.
